Quant Analytics and Automation - Associate
As an Associate within the Control Management Controls Room Team, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to design and implement automated reporting solutions that provide actionable risk insights for the organization's senior leaders.
Leveraging advanced analytics and tools such as Alteryx and Tableau, you will transform complex operational risk data into clear, intuitive dashboards and reports that support regulatory requirements and facilitate effective decision-making.
In this role, you will collaborate with business subject matter experts and technology teams to develop scalable solutions that enhance control effectiveness and drive operational excellence across the Control Management organization.

As an integral part of the Controls Room team within the wider Control Management organization, your contributions will be critical to the firm's leaders in strategic planning and policy formulation.
Job Responsibilities:
* Utilize technologies like Alteryx, SQL, and Tableau to design and develop efficient, repeatable data workflows and craft intuitive, insightful visualizations, playing a crucial role in operational risk data reporting.
* Use technologies like Alteryx, SQL, and Python to establish automated ETL processes and data models.
These models will form the backbone of our data strategy, providing timely and accurate data to various business units, supporting their decision-making processes, and driving operational efficiency.
* Conduct ad-hoc analysis and research to support special projects or initiatives, with an emphasis on business impact.
Your ability to perform complex data analysis and report valuable insights will directly influence the efficiency and success of these projects.
* Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to efficiently fulfill and validate data requests from regulatory entities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
* Your comprehensive understanding of source data and meticulous validation will ensure the accuracy and reliability of subsequent reports.
