Field Services intern

What will you do?


* As an intern, you will support the administrative process required for preparing and executing field services.

Your responsibilities will include:
+ Gathering, organizing, and validating legal and administrative documentation required for service execution.
+ Assisting in the analysis of documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
+ Supporting the planning and scheduling of service activities with internal teams.
+ Helping with the interpretation of technical drawings and service scopes under senior guidance.
+ Collaborating with team members to resolve operational issues and improve process efficiency.
+ Providing general administrative support to the Backoffice & Projects team.
+ Monitoring, tracking, and following up on customer satisfaction surveys, ensuring results are captured, escalated when necessary, and used to drive continuous improvement.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Currently studying Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Administration, or a related field (5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th semester)
