What You'll Do


* Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary guidelines


* Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures


* Assist with meal prep, portioning, and plating for residents


* Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment


* Work closely with the Dietary Manager and team to ensure quality and consistency


* Support special diets as ordered (low sodium, diabetic, texture modifications, etc.)

What We're Looking For


* Experience as a cook (healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus!)


* Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices


* Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently


* Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality and care
