We are a rehab-focused team serving both short-term and long-term patients.

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic in-house therapy team.

Key Responsibilities



* Develop and implement effective treatment plans in coordination with referring physicians.


* Provide direct therapy services following the approved plan of care.


* Train and support Restorative Aides within the nursing department.


* Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) in patient care and documentation in line with state practice guidelines.


* Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.


* Participate in care conferences, utilization reviews, and rehabilitation meetings as required.


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and recertifications according to regulatory standards.
