Job Summary:

As a Loan Origination Specialist within Wholesale Loan Services, you will be responsible for coordinating the post approval activities with Credit Risk Officers/Bankers and other areas to ensure all loans are closed and funded to meet our client's expectations.

Job Responsibilities:


* Manage and maintain an individual pipeline of active commercial loans


* Collect and review legal loan documentation for operational feasibility, optimal execution mechanics, regulatory requirements, and mitigation of operational risk


* Review and advise on funding mechanics and operational requirements relating to products, process, and policies


* Coordinate flow of post approval tasks from mandate to booking

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* Strong oral and written communication skills


* Excellent attention to detail


* Ability to multi-task through the practice of strong organizational and time management skills


* Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial loan products and documentation

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


* College degree or equivalent work experience
