Lowcountry Project Manager - Technical & Business Strategy
DESCRIPTION
The Lowcountry Project Manager - Technical & Business Strategy is responsible for driving strategic growth by leading key business development activities, providing specialized technical consulting, and managing complex projects from inception through completion.
This role supports organizational goals by overseeing sales tracking, capture planning, client engagement, and industry outreach to strengthen market presence and expand new work opportunities.
Drawing on deep technical expertise, the role collaborates with clients and internal leadership to identify needs, define problems, and develop data driven solutions.
RESPONSIBILITES
* Conducts studies and performs analyses to inform decision-making at both operational and strategic levels.
* Delivers well-founded recommendations based on research and analysis.
* Operates with a high degree of independence, planning, directing, and leading multidisciplinary projects.
* Ensure project objectives are achieved within established timelines, budgets, and performance expectations.
* Coordinates resources and manages communication among stakeholders.
* Maintains accountability for successful project outcomes.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
* 20-25 years of experience
* Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.
* Demonstrated track record of successfully leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale projects.
* Proven ability to develop and implement strategic business development initiatives.
* Strong analytical skills with experience conducting studies and delivering actionable recommendations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and stakeholder coordination.
COMPENSATION
The approximate compensation range for this position is $175,000- $185,000.
This compensation range is a good-faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
