SAP S/4 Solution Architect
For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $168,800 - $253,200 per year, which
includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United
States.
Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within
the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, jobrelated skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience shaping large-scale SAP transformations, thrives in cross-functional environments, and can drive design decisions that balance business value, standardization, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Solution & Architecture Leadership
* Design end-to-end solution templates and functional architecture aligned with business requirements, digital guidelines, and industry best practices.
* Drive standardization and ensure alignment across business units and technical teams.
* Collaborate with Product Management, Technical Product Owners, Analysts, and Architects to shape product roadmaps and future enhancements.
* Lead process modeling, fit/gap analysis, and solution confirmation activities to determine configuration vs.
customization needs.
Business Partnership & Requirements Definition
* Engage deeply with business and digital stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
* Recommend innovative, scalable, and standardized solution options that reduce custom development where possible.
Integration & Delivery
* Identify cross-functional dependencies and guide critical design decisions.
