What you will do

The Manager, Market & Portfolio Foresight Insights is essential in recognizing and assessing market trends across Kenvue's diverse segments, facilitating informed strategic decision-making and fostering innovation.

This role acts as the central hub for trend intelligence, integrating consumer insights with potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:


* Deliver future-focused growth insights to inform customer and brand strategic choices


* Develop and deliver comprehensive quarterly trend reports encompassing all Kenvue segments (Self Care and Skin & Beauty), pinpointing key drivers that influence category growth


* Conduct thorough analyses of retailer performance metrics to discern primary trends contributing to growth or decline, generating actionable insights to mitigate negative impacts or leverage market momentum


* Collaborate with strategic vendors focused on innovation to curate Kenvue's top 10 trends derived from human insights


* Transform complex trend data into engaging narratives and visual representations that guide business strategy


* Oversee and enhance trend tracking dashboards to guarantee timely access to vital market intelligence

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics or a related field within the social sciences


* A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing research, particularly in areas emphasizing innovation, trends and capabilities


* Experience within consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies, with a strong preference for backgrounds in the beauty industry


* Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to synthesize insights from diverse data sources


* Strong storytelling abilities coupled with expertise in data visualization
