Registered Nurse II

The County of Riverside- Riverside University Health System (RUHS) Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse II to join our Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Older Adults Full Service Partnership (FSP) team in Riverside.

Our mission is to deliver high-quality behavioral health services that enhance the well-being of the older adult members in the community.

In this role, the Registered Nurse II will be resonsible for supporting our field-based FSP program, clinics, and psychiatrist.

This position focuses on ensuring members follow through with psychiatric care, treatment plans, facilitating medical linkage, coordination of care and other duties as assigned to promote continuity of care and improve health outcomes.

A valid CA Driver License is required.
The most competitive candidate will possess expereince working with the older adult population and experience working in the community (field-based).
Required certifications and licenses:


* A valid CA Registered Nurse license.


* Basic Life Supprt (BLS) certificate issued by the American Heart Association.

Work schedule:
9/80 - 80 hours worked over nine (9) days in a two-week period, with every other Friday off.
