American Pediatric Dental Group is seeking an Experienced Bilingual Orthodontic Assistant to join our orthodontic team.

This is a high-impact role supporting pediatric orthodontic care across Coral Springs and Plantation, ideal for a skilled, organized, patient-centered professional who thrives in fast-paced clinical environments.

Work Schedule:

Clinic Schedule:

Mondays & Thursdays: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM (2 Saturdays per month)

Work Structure:

4 days per week total

2 days at Coral Springs

2 days at Plantation

2 Saturdays per month at Plantation

Schedule provided in advance

Travel Requirement:

Yes - Required

Travel with orthodontic team to:

Ortho Plantation

Travel reimbursement: Not provided

Requirements:

Bilingual (English & Spanish) - REQUIRED

Orthodontic experience - REQUIRED

X-Ray License - REQUIRED

Pediatric dental experience strongly preferred

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Calm under pressure in busy clinical environments

Strong communication and patient education skills

Professional, team-oriented mindset

Passion for pediatric patient care

Role Responsibilities:

Assist orthodontist with clinical procedures

Support patient flow and chairside efficiency

Educate patients and parents on orthodontic care and treatment plans

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Ensure a calm, positive, child-friendly environment

Support multi-location orthodontic operations

Deliver consistent, high-quality patient care
