Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift (Flexible 12-hour shifts available)
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience + bonuses

Responsibilities


* Provide and oversee quality nursing care to residents in accordance with facility standards and state regulations


* Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time


* Supervise STNAs and LPNs to ensure compassionate, efficient care delivery


* Document resident care, observations, and physician orders thoroughly


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote resident health and wellbeing


* Educate residents and families on care plans and health goals

Qualifications


* Current Ohio RN license in good standing


* Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required


* Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills


* Compassionate approach with a genuine desire to care for others
