What You’ll Be Working On


* Learning Adult Learning Methodology and the ADDIE model.


* Assisting with needs assessments, design, development, and evaluation activities.


* Supporting employee engagement initiatives and reporting.


* Using AI and automation tools for training content and processes.


* Supporting LMS and SharePoint administration tasks.


* Assisting with data reporting using Power BI.


* Helping with project coordination and communication tasks.

* Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Psychology, Business or other related. 


* Curiosity about training, learning design, and adult learning.


* Strong communication and organizational skills.


* Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools.


* Attention to detail and interest in data or analytics.


* A proactive, collaborative mindset with fresh ideas.
