As a Product Manager Vice President in Global Security, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.
As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.
Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.
With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
In this role, you will be empowered to shape and influence the strategic vision, and execution for two foundation horizontal platforms - Data Integration, Messaging & Enablement DIME and Unified Event Management (UEM) - that underpin our ability to ingest, analyze, and act on mission-critical information.
Partnering with Engineering, Data & Analytics, User and Employee Experience (UX/EX), Security Operations, and Product Delivery Managers, you will embed robust data governance, auditable event/incident workflows, and capability enhancements to drive operational efficiency.
You will also help design and roll out a unified data-sharing framework that accelerates business outcomes, improves time-to-value for our stakeholders, and help position Global Security at the forefront of data-driven innovation.
Job responsibilities
* Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
* Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
* Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
* Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
* Conduct deep analyses of end-to-end business processes, tooling, and data flows-supplemented by stakeholder interviews, market research, and user feedback-to validate problems, uncover gaps, and define high-impact opportunities for DIME and UEM.
* Facilitate cross-functional workshops and design sessions with Engineering, UX/EX, Security Operations and Data Owners to capture requirements, drive consensus and align on solution architectures.
* Refine and prioritize the product backlog: author epics, user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira/Confluence, manage dependencies with Product Delivery Managers, and update release plans.
