What will your job look like?

The Principal Cloud & AI Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade cloud and AI solutions.

This role ensures scalability, security, and performance across cloud platforms while driving innovation in AI/ML technologies to meet business objectives.

What you’ll do:


* Design and implement secure, scalable cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP)


* Develop and deploy AI/ML models for enterprise applications


* Optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency and performance


* Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows


* Serve as a technical leader to the engineer teams


* Provide strategic leadership in defining cloud and AI technology roadmaps


* Mentor and guide engineering teams to foster professional growth and technical excellence


* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives


* Influence cross-functional teams to adopt best practices and innovative solutions


* Drive organizational change by promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

What you’ll need:

Experience, Education & Certifications:


* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field


* 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture and AI/ML development

Skills:


* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills


* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities


* Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement


* Proficiency in one or more cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)


* Strong knowledge of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)


* Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)


* Networking: Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewall


* Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager


* Scripting & Automation: Python, Bash, PowerShell


* CI/CD Pipelines: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps


* Security & Compliance: Identity management, encryption, regulatory frameworks


* Monitoring & Logging: Tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
