* Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution


* 8 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment


* Capital project & budget management experience


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:


* 5 years of experience in an engineering management role


* Masters degree in business, engineering, or related


* Experience leading a team of multi-disciplined engineers


* Experience with forging, PLC, hydraulic systems


* Experience with SolidWorks, Oracle, and Excel


* Excellent written and oral communication skills

Job Dimensions :

This position is responsible for:


* Leading the management and execution of projects across the HWS Cleveland Flowpath, including mechanical, electrical, and project engineering.


* Supports the execution of the HWS Cleveland flowpath Capital Expenditure program


* Proposing identified changes to equipment, processes, materials, and/or services to improve processes and reduce costs in operations.

Major areas of focus: Artificial Intelligence adoption, automation, maintenance and repair and energy


* The ideal candidate will be adept at the following:
