Position Summary:
As a PRN Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in our long-term care community.

You will provide leadership and clinical expertise while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities:


* Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately


* Monitor, document, and report resident conditions and changes


* Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care


* Supervise and support nursing assistants and other team members

Qualifications:


* Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio


* Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred


* Strong clinical judgment and communication skills


* Commitment to providing quality care with empathy and professionalism
