Sr Operations Analyst (Remote - Florida)
Description & Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support the Florida Healthy Kids Program, working closely with Florida CHIP.
This is a remote role open to Florida residents that requires someone who can evaluate our business operations through reporting, process review, and data analysis.
The ideal candidate will be able to review large datasets, identify trends or gaps, and provide clear, strategic recommendations to improve overall performance and program outcomes.
The successful candidate will bring a strong process-improvement mindset, the ability to collaborate effectively with community partners, leadership teams, vendors, clients, and other key stakeholders, and the confidence to work independently without the need for close supervision.
Familiarity with the Florida CHIP program is strongly preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external communication and change processes, act as the primary point of contact.
- Work with functional area directors/managers and subject matter experts to define specific change requirements.
- Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements.
- Increase effectiveness of project documentation such as reports and client communication.
- Obtain status updates and resolve questions from operational areas.
- Draft clear and comprehensive business process documentation to support operational activities.
- Analyze and provide recommendations for internal process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required...
