Demi Chef - Breakfast - Casual

Every plate has the potential to create a memory that lasts a lifetime for our guests.

To deliver all this and more, we’re looking for a Demi Chef - Breakfast, with a passion for presentation, dedication to flavour and commitment to setting high standards.

 This role will primarily lead our breakfast service over 7 days, so if you live local and want to have your evenings free, then come and join us.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

● Making every single meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the tastebuds

● Taking ownership for your workstation – keeping on top of supplies, equipment and waste

● Being cleaner than clean to meet cleanliness and hygiene laws

● Helping with washing up and other kitchen duties where needed

● Taking on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player 

 

What we need from you:

● Experience - broad cuisine experience at Demi chef level 

● Qualified - trade cooking qualifications are essential

● Strong - Your constantly on your feet and sometimes need to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg.

 

● Available for 4-5 mornings per week, (casual shifts) with flexibility across the week, weekend and public holidays.

 

● Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to 

● Full working rights to work in Australia (unfortunately sponsorship is not an option).
