We're looking for a Junior Service Engineers to join our teams in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark to work as part of our talented Global Services team who will guide and support your journey towards a Services professional!

This is a permanent position with plenty of learning and growth opportunities.

You will be based in our Stockholm office in Sweden.

You can expect to travel up to 60% of your time.

Your Impact

As part of our Global Service team, you'll be learning and growing to become a professional with versatile tasks:


* Installation & Maintenance: Commission, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair customer equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.


* Technical Support: Provide expert technical support for Schneider products and competitive equipment, helping customers solve their challenges effectively.


* Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety and cybersecurity policies, ensuring all interventions are performed with the utmost respect for safety guidelines.


* Customer Interaction: Analyze equipment malfunctions, interpret maintenance manuals, and communicate solutions clearly to our customers.

No two days are the same-you'll be solving real-world challenges, meeting diverse clients, and learning from experienced professionals.

Your Profile


* Technical degree in Electrical/mechanical/cooling engineering or a related field


* Familiarity with safety standards in electrical work is a plus


* Curious and motivated to learn about power distribution and energy systems


* Eager to grow into a trusted, customer-focused professional


* Ambitious team player ready to build a career at Schneider Electric


* Open to learning new skills and embracing digital tools and AI is


* Nordic language skills as well as English is beneficial


* A valid driver's lisence

You show strong attention to detail, which is essential for safely handling electrical components, and you bring a problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn troubleshooting techniques.

You are eager to learn, open to training, and committed to continuous development.

You work well in a team, feel comfortable collaborating and operating under supervision, and you demonstrate reliability and responsibility with a strong sense of accountability for your tasks.
