What You'll Do

As a Medication Technician, you'll play a vital role in resident safety, dignity, and daily quality of life.

Responsibilities include:


* Administering or assisting with self-administration of medication per state regulations


* Observing, documenting, and reporting resident responses


* Maintaining accurate medication counts and documentation


* Keeping medication carts and supply rooms organized and compliant


* Coordinating with pharmacies for medication orders and deliveries


* Assisting with Caregiving where needed


* Building relationships and engaging with residents in conversations or activities
