Director, Strategic Intelligence

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $203,200 - $304,800 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The Strategy Intelligence Lead is responsible for architecting, scaling, and operationalizing the centralized Market, Competitive, and Customer Intelligence capability within the Strategy organization.

This role leads the development of a proactive, repeatable, and insight-driven function that acts as the strategic nervous system of the North American Strategy & Operations organization-enabling the executive team, strategy leaders, and business units to make high-impact decisions rooted in external market context and forward-looking insight.

You will set the strategic vision for how intelligence informs planning, investment, and growth-and lead a team that turns fragmented signals into integrated insight platforms.

This role requires someone who is equally skilled in executive communication, strategic modeling, team leadership, and cross-functional orchestration.

* Strategic Insight Packs for ELT and Board

Serve as the strategic liaison between Intelligence and:


* Strategic Planning & development


* CEO Office / Annual Strategy


* Transformation & Growth Initiatives
