Back Office Coordinator

What will you do:


* Partner with Project Managers to provide comprehensive contract support during tender and execution phases


* Handle administrative, contractual, financial, and tax matters for various customer projects


* Collaborate with Corporate Functions to ensure compliance and risk management


* Support complex projects by providing strategic contract management solutions


* Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders and internal teams


* Support invoicing processes, including data entry, analysis, and accounts payable activities for construction projects

* Strong foundation in contract management principles and practices


* Knowledge of financial, tax, and legal aspects of project contracts


* Experience with invoicing processes, data analysis, and contract documentation


* Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities


* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


* Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities


* High attention to detail and accuracy


* Customer-focused, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics preferred
