What you will do

The Supply Chain Co-op is responsible for gaining hands-on experience in supply chain operations, working closely with supervisors to complete assigned tasks, and integrating academic study with practical on-the-job training.

This role will be hybrid based at Summit, NJ.

Key Responsibilities


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency


* Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings


* Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to meet business objectives


* Participate in inventory management and demand forecasting activities


* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function


* Support supply chain operations


* Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies


* Support the coordination of logistics and transportation activities


* Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities


* Present project work and key accomplishments to leadership and Kenvue employees

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications


* Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g.

H1-B status)


* Candidate must be actively enrolled, pursuing a Bachelor's degree, and be at least a sophomore


* Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.)


* Eligible to complete an 6-month co-op term at our Summit, NJ headquarters.

This assignment will take place from March 2026 to September 2026 / 40 hours per week.
