Staff Accountant (Remote - Local to DFW area)

SUMMARY

The Staff Accountant is responsible for performing basic accounting functions and supporting Senior Accountants in the overall accounting cycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Other duties and tasks may be assigned.



* Cash/bank reconciliations


* Prepare JV financials (i.e.

run and organize reports)


* Prepare JV cash flows


* Prepare rent/CAM invoices (as applicable)


* Review rent summaries to ensure any rate increases have been captured


* Balance Sheet reconciliations


* Promote customer satisfaction, both internal and external


* Assist as needed to perform other related duties and special projects as required


* Actively promote GUEST customer service standards; develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization


* Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
