JOB SUMMARY

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in driving MorningStar Senior Living's commitment to delivering excellence through financial integrity, strategic growth, and data-driven decision-making.

This person will contribute to those efforts through financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Modeling:


* Use Advanced Excel skills, including Index, Indirect, Match, Sumifs, V-Lookups, Pivot Tables,


* Querying large amounts of data (SQL, ).


* Deliver ad-hoc analysis and support on an as needed basis.


* Improves processes related to above duties and responsibilities.


* Communicate models and data in a clear, clean, error-free manner.

Financial Reporting:


* Develop and deliver financial reporting and deliver results to the exec team (KPI's or OKR's).


* Implementation of automation.


* Perform variance analysis.


* Build reporting that is of institutional quality and professional appearance.


* Managing data feeds and data extractions between various systems across the organization.


* Prepare templates and review monthly reporting packages and performance dashboards.

General:


* Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial modeling, analysis and compilation.


* Contribute to capital expenditure portion of annual budgets.


* Partner with the Operations, Finance, and accounting teams with projects and assignments as requested for data analysis and reporting.
