A CRM Administrator (80% of the role) manages and maintains an organization's Customer Relationship Management system, focusing on daily operations, data integrity, user support, and system customization to align with business goals, bridging technology with sales, marketing, and service teams to enhance customer experiences and drive growth through efficient data management, workflows, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include user/security management, data cleansing, creating reports/dashboards, training staff, and integrating with other tools, acting as the primary technical resource for the platform. 

An HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) Administrator (20% of the role) implements and monitors safety policies, conducts risk assessments, provides training, manages incidents, and ensures regulatory compliance to minimize workplace hazards and environmental impact, acting as a key link between staff and management to foster a strong safety culture.

They oversee daily operations, supports local affiliates, inspections and audits, handle investigations, and maintain HSE documentation, all while promoting best practices and continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities

CRM System:


* System Management & Configuration: Administering user access, security settings, custom fields, objects, workflows, and rules.


* Data Management: Ensuring data quality, performing cleanups, managing duplicates, and overseeing data entry standards.


* User Support & Training: Providing first/second-line technical support, troubleshooting issues, and developing training materials for users.


* Reporting & Analytics: Generating reports and dashboards to provide business insights and track performance.


* Process Improvement: Analyzing needs and recommending system modifications or new processes to improve efficiency.


* Integration: Collaborating with IT to integrate the CRM with other business applications.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Managing all aspects of compliance and global programs - cooperation with global HSE team.
