HR Business Partner

What will you do:


* Partner directly with business leaders to drive organizational success through innovative people strategies and cultural initiatives


* Be a digital disruptor - think differently and drive digitisation in people programs & systems;


* Drive comprehensive HR solutions including talent management and performance optimization


* Guide managers in leveraging HR tools and programs to enhance employee engagement and development


* Facilitate organizational change management and provide expertise in employment regulations and best practices


* Collaborate with HR Operations and Solutions teams to implement impactful programs aligned with business needs

* Demonstrated track record in providing strategic HR consulting to business leaders


* The ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve organisational performance and make data-driven recommendations based on sound insight and analysis;


* Deep understanding of employment regulations and HR best practices
