Services Quotation Engineer

Join our dynamic team as a Services Quotation Engineer-a key contributor who bridges North America (NAM) customer needs with accurate, high-quality service solutions.

We're looking for an experienced, detail-driven professional who can manage complex quotations, support sales productivity, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do


* Analyze complex quotation requests and provide well-structured, competitive service proposals aligned with customer specifications, technical drawings, and scope requirements


* Conduct advanced risk and opportunity assessments and prepare detailed cost analyses using established pricing tools and methodologies


* Act as a primary liaison between customers, distributors, and sales teams to ensure smooth communication, resolve technical and commercial concerns, and support successful deal closure


* Manage and process quotations and sales orders with fast turnaround times while maintaining high accuracy and compliance with internal standards


* Handle customer inquiries on order status, repairs, returns, and delivery schedules with professionalism and strong service orientation

What Will Make You Successful


* Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field


* Relevant experience in quotations, technical sales support, services operations, or customer-facing engineering roles


* Solid understanding of power systems, electrical distribution, and networking fundamentals


* Prior experience in services, preventive maintenance contracts, or service proposal creation is a strong advantage


* Willingness to work during US business hours


* Knowledge of the Schneider Electric product and services portfolio and familiarity with the Manufacturing segment is a plus


* Excellent English communication, coordination, and customer interaction skills
