Role reports to:
Tech Ops Staff Scientist - Process

What you will do

As a Technical Operations Co‑Op, you will participate in a 12‑month, full‑time (40 hours per week) hands‑on experience that applies classroom concepts to real‑world business challenges while building technical, leadership, and communication skills through structured training, coaching, and mentorship.

You will support the development and scale‑up of new formulas and processes, optimize existing formulas and manufacturing processes, manage pilot plant batches, and perform laboratory testing and evaluations.

In addition, you may explore scientific evidence supporting innovations and collaborate across Consumer & Sensory Science, Clinical Testing, and Technology Development teams, contributing to interdisciplinary efforts that integrate product science, consumer perception, data analysis, and market research.

Key Responsibilities


* In a timely and prompt manner, identify, report, and seek correction for deviations noted in my workplace


* Support pharmaceutical dosage form development, validation, post-validation activities, and off-shift manufacturing projects when necessary.


* Must be a self-starter with ability to work within a diverse environment.


* Complete project initiatives including, but not limited to, project mapping, process monitoring, and the evaluation of liquid and solid dosage pharmaceuticals.


* Attend GMP training on the schedule designated for the role as appropriate.
