Location: Sonoma, CA
Pay: up to $70 per hour
Schedule: Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem

Responsibilities


* Provide physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing setting


* Create and follow individualized treatment plans


* Work with nurses, physicians, and the rehab team to improve outcomes


* Document progress and ensure compliance with regulations


* Educate residents and families on therapy goals and techniques

Qualifications


* Current California Physical Therapist license


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Experience in skilled nursing preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
