Job Description
Clae Goldman Team is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Our mission is to protect customers from rising energy costs, offer discounts, and promote green energy.

In this role, you will provide expert advice on energy solutions, help customers make informed decisions, and promote our community solar and third-party energy solutions.

Responsibilities


* Attend Meetings and Events: Participate in online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events.


* Monitor Competition: Keep track of competitor activities and develop strategies to market to potential customers.


* Prospect Leads: Generate leads by calling, texting, emailing individuals, and engaging with them at events.


* Communicate with Leadership: Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve team goals and improve operations.


* Utilize Social Media: Develop strategies to leverage social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.

Qualifications


* Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is highly desired.


* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.


* Educational Background: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.


* Sales Process Knowledge: Understanding of the sales process and familiarity with entering information into client databases is desirable.


* Organizational Skills: Organized, detail-oriented self-starter who contributes to team goals.
