* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.


* 3-5 years of environmental, health or safety experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.


* Experience with computer systems such as spreadsheets and technical applications.


* Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Skills:


* Ability to write reports, correspondence and procedure manuals.


* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.


* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete requirements in situations where only limited standardization exists.


* Ability to interrupt and apply Federal, VA state and local regulations.
