Preferred Qualifications


* High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred; 10 (ten) years leadership experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience


* Have tool room and or machine shop experience (know the process)


* Proficient PC skills and Microsoft Office programs


* Experience with Syteline/QAD


* Understands all tool steels and carbide blanks


* Familiar with cutters and supplies needed to manufacture tools
