Koch Disruptive Technologies ("KDT", KochDisrupt.com ) is seeking a Summer 2027 Investment Analyst Intern to join our team in Wichita, KS.

As an intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution for new financial investments in high-potential companies across a range of industries.

KDT interns benefit from direct mentorship from full-time analysts and associates, while gaining real-world experience working on active deals.

Our Team

KDT is the venture capital and growth equity arm of Koch Inc., a large, privately owned business with significant capital strength and liquidity.

KDT's investment mandate is to originate and invest in promising entrepreneurs and disruptive technologies.

What You Will Do



* Contribute to the underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence activities for potential equity investments


* Assist in the preparation of presentations on potential transactions and investments for senior management that identify and assess valuation, return profile, competitive advantage, risks, etc.


* Perform industry and competitive analysis related to potential investments and markets of interest


* Work with current portfolio companies to enhance their performance alongside KDT's Koch Labs® capability


* Develop venture investment skillset through direct deal team participation


* Engage with industry-leading entrepreneurs and KDT leadership

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Eligible for full-time employment no later than Summer 2028


* Enrolled in a degree or certificate program related to Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, Investments, or a related business field


* Able to work in the US without sponsorship
