$40-$44/hr | 4/2 Rotation | Rotating Weekends

Ridgeway Post Acute is hiring LVNs who are dependable, compassionate, and ready to be part of a strong clinical team.

Schedule

✅ 4/2 rotation (4 days on / 2 days off)
✅ Rotating weekends

What You'll Do


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in a post-acute/skilled nursing setting


* Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely


* Monitor resident condition and report changes to the RN/physician


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans and outcomes


* Complete documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies

What We're Looking For


* Current California LVN license (active and in good standing)


* Skilled nursing/post-acute experience preferred (but not required)


* Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills


* A caring, positive attitude and commitment to resident-centered care
