Installed Base Services Team Lead

Join our dynamic Field Service Engineering team as a Team Lead and drive excellence in customer service delivery! We're looking for a passionate technical leader to supervise and empower our field service professionals while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

What will you do:


* Lead, coach and manage the Services Representatives team to achieve performance targets and KPIs.


* Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and service requests.


* Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.


* Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance.


* Encourage Services Representatives to identify new business opportunities "Lead Generations" to enhance Services growth.


* Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support service operations and business objectives.


* Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric Quality and HSE standards.


* Ensure full adherence to quality of reports, test sheets and checklists and proper archiving.


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service team.


* Strengthen good relationship with customers and ensuring long-term partnership.


* Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service engagement.

Qualifications:



* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or related field.


* 8-12 years of experience in services operation, with at least 3 years in a team lead role within the electrical or energy sector.


* Proven strong leadership and team management skills.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


* Knowledge of Schneider Electric products and services is an advantage.


* Strong understanding of different electrical systems, and energy management.


* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
