What will you do:


* Program Leadership & Governance
+ Own the end-to-end delivery of People Analytics programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and global priorities.

+ Act as a bridge between HR, Digital, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Analytics & Technology Enablement
+ Drive adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning capabilities within People Analytics solutions.
+ Ensure platforms and tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle) are optimized for scalability and performance.
+ Champion data quality, security, and compliance standards across all analytics initiatives.
Strategic Thinking & Innovation
+ Translate business needs into actionable analytics strategies and technology roadmaps.
+ Identify emerging trends in AI, predictive analytics, and workforce insights to shape future capabilities.
+ Influence senior leadership on data-driven decision-making and workforce planning strategies.
