WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Warehouse Fulfillment Manager

As the Warehouse Fulfillment Manager (Pharmacy Operations Manager), you are a key member of the Vetsource Pharmacy Operations team, driving excellence across the Workflow, Receiving/Inventory, and Production domains.

You will ensure that pharmacy workflow, shipping and receiving, process compliance, and service levels are met by tracking and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

 You will direct the planning, managing, and delivery of training for Workflow, Receiving/Inventory, and Production personnel in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and Protocols to maintain safe, efficient, and accurate order fulfillment and tight inventory control.

Additionally, you will assist the VP of Pharmacy Operations in developing and expanding the order fulfillment infrastructure, including reviewing metrics and providing analysis to drive innovation. 

This position is an on-site role based at our Pharmacy Warehouse in Harrisburg, PA.

This is a full time position typically scheduled within our operating hours of Monday-Friday between 6:30 am and 5:00 pm ET and Saturdays from 7:00 am-3:30 pm ET.
