Do you have a friendly voice, a warm smile, and a knack for making everyone feel welcome? Lincoln Meadows Care Center is on the lookout for a Weekend & On-Call Receptionist to be the face and heartbeat of our front desk during weekends and as needed!

Whether you're greeting guests, assisting residents' families, or helping staff stay organized, you'll be a key part of keeping our care community running smoothly — and cheerfully!

What You'll Be Doing:


* Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner


* Answer and direct phone calls efficiently


* Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling


* Assist with incoming and outgoing mail


* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area


* Provide general support to various departments as needed

🧠 What We're Looking For:


* Weekend availability and flexibility for on-call shifts


* Strong verbal/written communication and multitasking skills


* A positive attitude and approachable demeanor


* Prior receptionist or front desk experience a plus, but not required


* Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset


* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment


* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience a plus)
