As an Applied AI Data Science Lead, you will drive delivery of innovative solutions, while will fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence, including an emphasis on talent development.

Job responsibilities


* Drive delivery of innovative solutions to complex business problems , with a focus on AI (including GenAI) and machine learning (e.g., deep learning, neural networks) solution development


* Develop and execute test-and-learn frameworks for rapid prototyping


* Translate insights into tools, processes, and strategies for the firm


* Cultivate strong relationships with internal clients and senior leaders across CCB


* Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence that empowers colleagues to share ideas and solve complex problems, with an emphasis on talent development


* Recruit, develop, and retain talent through open communication and learning


* Support initiatives that foster growth and opportunity for all team members

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Demonstrated mastery of data science techniques (e.g., descriptive, inferential, and causal statistics, model optimization) and machine learning (e.g., deep learning, neural networks, and generative AI)


* Hands-on experience deploying Large Language Model (LLM) applications in production environments, including designing, building, and maintaining LLM-based solutions at scale


* Familiarity with best practices for monitoring, observability, and responsible AI in productio n


* Track record of mentoring and coaching talent, with experience building high-performing, collaborative teams
