Junior Automated Test Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Junior Automated Test Engineer will support StreamLabs Water's Hardware & Operations team by developing, executing, and maintaining automated and manual test suites for IoT water monitoring products.

This full-time position is onsite in Smyrna, GA, reporting directly to the VP, Hardware & Operations.

Key Responsibilities:


* Develop, execute, and maintain automated (and some manual) test scripts for hardware and software features.


* Assist in test planning, implementation, and tracking of quality metrics such as defects and resolutions.


* Participate in setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining test environments and equipment.


* Analyze test results and work closely with engineering and operations to resolve issues and optimize product quality.


* Document and communicate results to cross-functional teams effectively.


* Support on-site validation and field tests when required.


* Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulatory standards during testing.


* Learn and grow technical skills under the guidance of senior engineers and the VP, Hardware & Operations.
