Position: Full-Time - AM and PM Shifts available
Pay: $45-$50/hour DOE

Lincoln Meadows Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team.

This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys clinical leadership, hands-on resident care, and working in a collaborative environment focused on quality outcomes and regulatory excellence.

Position Overview

As an RN at Lincoln Meadows Care Center, you will supervise day-to-day nursing operations during your shift while ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality resident care.

You will work closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support clinical excellence and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities


* Supervise and coordinate nursing activities during assigned shifts


* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations


* Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight as needed


* Support admissions, transfers, and discharges


* Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly


* Oversee medication administration and treatment services


* Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families on care planning


* Support staff development, mentoring, and shift leadership


* Participate in quality assurance, infection control, and safety initiatives


* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Qualifications


* Current, active, and unencumbered RN license in the state


* Current CPR certification


* Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred


* Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices


* Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred


* Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
