Senior Customer Project Manager
For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $112,000 - $168,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The CSP Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing moderate to complex project orders within the Cloud Service Provider (CSP) segment, ensuring successful execution from initiation to closure.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer efficiency, resiliency, and sustainability goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, electrical power distribution, and a passion for leading teams in a dynamic environment.
What will you do?:
The Project Manager is accountable for managing moderate size and complexity project orders (customer, affiliate, recall, etc.), from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget.
This includes initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing of customer projects.
Individual in this position confirms customer requirements, which includes drawings, specifications, job site requirements, bill of material alignment with specifications & clarify exceptions.
Manages complete project process from order preparation, thru manufacturing release, product shipment, post shipment support and financial reconciliation utilizing a base knowledge of Schneider Electric products and their use.
Documentation, communication, and customer facing skills are critical to this position:
Ensure all Schneider Electric safety policies and requirements are met at any onsite project locations.
When requested, provide upfront sales support during project quotation and preparation phase to ensure specification compliance from an execution standpoint.
