Position: Parties & Guest Experience Lead

Status: Full Time (30+ hours per week)

Reports To: Store Manager

Location: Wharf DC

The Role:

As the Parties & Guest Experience Lead, you will be responsible for providing a best-in-class guest experience.

Managing the systems and process to support Sales & Operations.

You will not only be assisting with the day in and day out operations of the store but will also help in maintaining a fun, inclusive atmosphere that guests and employees will all want to be a part of.

The salary range for this position is $19 - $21 per hour PLUS TIPS based upon store location.

Most roles earn an additional $8 - $11 per hour in tips.

What We Are Looking For:



* 2+ years of experience in guest services, multi-tasking, and delegation



* Someone who leads by example with a can-do attitude and always goes above and beyond.



* Proficiency with POS systems, excel, MS word, outlook, and google docs.



* Experience with appointment-based business and systems.



* An ability to identify opportunities within team, coach, and work alongside management to execute any training or follow up required.



* Comfortable in a fast paced, high-volume environment



* This role requires the ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours per shift, occasionally lift and carry objects weighing 10-50 pounds, and perform tasks that involve bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching both overhead and below shoulder level.

What You Will Do:



* Providing a unique and entertaining guest experience from beginning to end, confirming reservations, welcoming guests, completing reservations and hosting parties.



* Working closely with store manager and assistant store manager to ensure teams are delivering top service and goals are achieved.



* Optimize the business through strong appointment management and partnership with the leadership team.

The ability to manage an appointment system, party process, guest complaints in partnership with SM/ASM.
