* Highschool diploma and Minimum five (5) years of combined experience in business analysis, system analysis, or a similar technical/functional hybrid role


* Experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)


* Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.


* Working knowledge of relational database concepts, data modeling, and SQL performance tuning


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire

Preferred Qualifications:


* Experience performing both business analysis and system analysis functions in a technical environment


* Experience collaborating with cross functional teams, including developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders.


* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast paced or evolving environments


* Experience with Oracle databases, including writing and optimizing PL/SQL queries


* Experience with Microsoft platforms including: PowerBI for dashboards, analytics and EH&S Reporting, Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint


* Experience supporting or implementing EH&S systems (Essentials On-Prem/SpheraCloud, Cority, Occupation Health Medicine (OHM), SiteHawk Chemical Mgt System)


* Experience coordinating end-to-end project activities, including scope definition, requirements planning, scheduling, and resource alignment
