* High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.


* 2 years of IT support, helpdesk, or deskside support experience.


* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with ability to support users at all levels.


* Effective verbal and written communication skills.


* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.


* Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Teams, and common desktop technologies.


* Experience deploying and supporting PCs, peripherals, and printers.


* Basic understanding of networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, VPN).


* Ability to follow ticketing discipline and meet communication expectations within ServiceNow.


* Must be able to obtain lawful access to export-controlled items.

This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT/IS, Business, Math, Engineering, Finance, Economics or Accounting from an accredited institution.


* CompTIA A


* 2 years' experience in IT Operating Systems, collaboration tools, and network topologies.


* 2 years' experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, MFA, and basic account administration.


* 2 years' experience with IT Support Chains.
