Lead Software Engineer

What you will do to contribute to the company's success



* Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level software for high-traffic, large-audience platforms


* Oversee and mentor junior and senior software developers and QA developers


* Collaborate with Digital Strategy & Marketing teams to deliver customer-centric solutions


* Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability across web and mobile platforms


* Drive strategic initiatives that contribute to customer value, retention, business revenue, and cost effectiveness


* Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team performance


* Champion best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews


* Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trend

Qualifications



* 5+ years of proven experience building enterprise-level software for large audiences and high-traffic environments


* Hands-on expertise with ReactJS, NextJS, Windows Azure, Vercel, Docker, and Kubernetes


* Experience leading and managing software development teams


* Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


* Experience with product/project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)


* Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment


* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills


* Experience with B2B/B2C, mobile applications, and ecommerce optimization (nice to have)


* Experience in cable/broadband industry (nice to have, not required)


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.


* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.


* Experience with enterprise content management systems (SiteCore, AEM, etc).


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
