Web Analytics and Optimization Manager

What you will do to contribute to the company's success


* Develop and implement web analytics strategies to rack key metrics and KPIs


* Analyze website traffic and user engagement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


* Provide insights and recommendations to the Marketing and Media team based on data analysis.


* Collaborate with stakeholders to create customized reports and dashboards.


* Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.


* Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to optimize website and marketing performance.


* Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in web analytics.


* Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Looker and other relevant platforms effectively.


* Identify opportunities for improvement in website usability and conversion rate optimization.


* Work closely with the UX/UI, Media and Web Development teams to ensure accurate tracking and data integration.


* Present findings and recommendations to senior management.


* Implement tagging strategies to track full funnel marketing campaigns accurately.


* Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure data accuracy.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.


* Implement data visualization techniques to convey insights effectively.

Qualifications


* 5+ years in DTC analytics or agency consulting, preferably within the telecommunications, mobile or fiber to the home industries


* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.


* Proven experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or a related field.


* Preferred proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker, Databricks, Power BI, Funnel.io and other web analytics tools.


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.


* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.


* Experience with A/B testing and multivariate analysis.


* Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
