We aren’t looking for a document processor; we are looking for an AI-fluent strategist who is eager to build their career at the intersection of healthcare tech and Generative AI.

This is a high-growth role for a rapid learner who wants to master the art of the RFP while driving our AI transformation.

You will be at the forefront of how Altera articulates the value of our flagship solutions—Sunrise, Paragon, and DBMotion—using cutting-edge tools to outpace the competition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


* AI-Driven Proposal Leadership: Take full ownership of our AI-powered proposal platform.

You will move beyond "reviewing" to engineering better outputs—refining prompts, training the AI on past wins, and ensuring our "AI-first" workflow is the fastest in the industry.


* Rapid Content Evolution: Act as a curious "investigative journalist" within the company.

You will quickly learn our complex product release notes and interview Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to transform technical jargon into winning, AI-optimized content.


* Agile Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Product owners to understand the competitive landscape.

You’ll need to be a fast study, quickly grasping market shifts and reflecting them in our response strategy.


* Continuous Innovation: We want someone who asks "How can we do this better?" You will proactively find new data sources to integrate into our AI tool and hunt for ways to shave hours off our response times.


* Win/Loss Intelligence: Analyze why we win and why we lose.

Use these insights to pivot our content strategy in real-time, ensuring our library is never static.

QUALIFICATIONS

The "Fast Learner" Profile:


* Proven track record of mastering new, complex software or industries in record time.


* AI Power User: You have more than just a passing interest in AI.

You have hands-on experience with LLMs (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity) and understand how to "prompt" for the best results.


* Keen to Develop: You want to become an expert in the RFP space.

You view every proposal as a puzzle to solve and a chance to improve our win rate.

Required Skills:


* 0–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (Content, Marketing, Tech Support, or Proposals).

We value potential and speed of learning over decades of experience.


* Exceptional Communication: You can write clearly, concisely, and persuasively.


* Tech-Savvy: You are an expert in MS Office and SharePoint, and you learn new platforms (like Adobe or Graphics tools) with zero hand-holding.


* Healthcare Curiosity: While a background in healthcare is a plus, the ability to quickly learn healthcare workflows is essential.
