Your Role: ServiceNow Software Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to enhance our IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) capabilities and streamline business processes.

Your Responsibilities:

●      Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and custom applications.

●      Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using various integration methods (e.g., REST, SOAP, MID Server).

●      Create and manage forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, and service portals to meet business requirements.

●      Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of ServiceNow solutions.

●      Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and provide estimates for development efforts.

●      Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

●      Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.

●      Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions and configurations.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):



* Bachelor's degree in a related field.


* 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management including ServiceNow Development


* Strong understanding of ITIL principles


* Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.


* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build consensus.


* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
